Two Piece Nappies
For added convenience we recommend the use of Bambino
Mio nappy liners. The nappy liners are single, biodegradable
sheets that retain solids and are safe to flush away.
They are designed with a one way action that allows
moisture to pass through but prevents it seeping back.
Two-piece cotton nappies have a nappy cover and a cotton
nappy inner. The nappy cover has velcro® style fasteners
to make them quick and simple to use, and to allow adjustment
to suit the shape of each baby. The edges of the covers
have soft binding on the waist and leg cuffs, to prevent
rubbing your baby's delicate skin. The cuffs and waist
are elasticated to ensure a snug fit. Because the nappies
and covers are fabric rather than paper they are 100%
soft, against your baby's skin.

Two-piece nappies are used by professional nappy laundry
services throughout the world in preference to other
re-usables because of their overal higher efficiency
and performance. The freedom to separate the nappy from
the cover allows the nappy to unfold during washing
to expose a greater surface area, for more efficient
washing and rapid drying by air or machine. They also
provide maximum absorbency with minimum bulk.
How many will I need?
This will depend on how often you are going to wash
Normally nappies are washed every 3rd day. In this
case you will need:
24 Mio Nappies of one size
4-6 Nappy Covers of one size
Mio Care Washing Powder (optional)
Please note that all parents' and babies' needs are
different and you may need more or less nappies or
covers depending on your circumstances.
