| Hi moms..
i'm thinking of partially brestfeeding my baby (1mth) but not sure which milk powder shud i give a try. My elder son used to take enfalac a+ when he's baby but he constipate so very frequently dat i had to dilute the milk. I'm actually considering s-26 now....any comment bout S26, anyone?
 thanks

| Some people say that S26 will make your baby 'swell' up very fast but very heaty.
My boy is drinking Similac. No problem so far.

| I breastfeed my son most of the time. Only give him formula on some nites or when outside (sometimes cant find place to breastfeed). My son was on S26 for the 1st mth. We changed to Similac after we finish the can of S26.
When preparing the milk, notice that Similac got a lot of bubbles. Actually quite fed up with the bubbles. Other then that, its ok..... guess what's important is the ur baby will drink the milk u buy for him.

| My Gladys was on S26 Gold and now continue with Promil Gold. She's quite OK. Not really "BOM-BOM". I thik it depends whether baby drink well and sleep well. Mine is hyper-active. That's why not really growing fat. Its quite heaty, but lucky my gal like to drink water.. so its OK!

| my dd was on partial Enfalac HA & bm fm birth to 6 mths, he's taking it well, quite "bom bom". I give him mamil gold step 2 when he turns 6 mths cos enfalac HA has no follow-on. so far so good... pu pu every day, sometime twice a day. | |

| I'm curious about the saying that formula milk can be heaty and must drink a lot of water. How do u know when ur kid is heaty?

| | My DD was drink Friso 1 Gold for the first 6mths when I partially breastfeed her, so far so good. Now she is on Friso 2 Gold. I think heaty means poopoo very hard, having constipation.. | |
