Recommened Korean Drama!! "Tian Guo De Jie Ti"(Stairway to Heaven)
This drama is very romantic & touching! The actor is handsome & cool & $$$$. I think this kind of man extinct Liao!!!
Any Mummy also watching???

Waah... My granny only told me about this show recently, so i only got to see like the past 3 episodes in bits and pieces!!  Must say it is really good, almost as addictive as Winter Sonata, hehe
But eh... why that stepbrother guy always seems to be giving his eyeballs away leh?? There was this famous music video by KISS sometime back, he was in it and there he also gave away his eyeballs to another girl!!!
(But i must say, that was a really good music video, v v touching!!! *sob*)

Now my turn, I never like watching Korean drama cos they always cry and cry. After reading from this thread and seen one of the scene where the 2 actor/actresses have a romantic kissing scene at the ice skating rink, I got addicted to it and watch the whole VCD drama series.
I like the chemistry between Jing Shu and Cheng Jun, thanks mummies for the recommendations.

yo, becoz mommys here recommended tis show and i cannnot tahan show only 2days on channel u...
finish the last episode late last nite and tears was uncontrollable keep rolling down...jus like "jung shu"... paingz, tat CHENG JUN is sooooo charming ah... really admired him from yesterday...
but ending is really veryy very sad...especially, "U NEED TO WAIT FOR ME TIS TIME....."
the actor & actress really cries alot until u see their eyes swollen ah!

wah, so many korean show fans here, i am also one of them b4 i hv my bb, now, dun even hv time to watch tv :)
i hv watch this show during my pregnancy, like betsy say, it is really a very very sad show with a sad sad ending....
but most importantly, the guys is sooooooo charming :) hehehe

Jingshu has the same cancer as her mum, I think is the eyes cancer. Then later part after she could see again, she and her hb thot she recovered, but alas, the cancer cells spread to her brains...very poor thing.

cannot tahan huh....this show kinda short only 20 episodes. I re-watched dunno the number wat times again during my one week holidays at my mum's place...haha
Youli jailed but never say how long...actually the part where jingshu going to die soon she visited Youli in the jail, that part, I expect Youli shd be more sorry and apologise more. Then Jingshu visited her "crazy" step mum in mad people hospital, she even called her "mother" really can help me cry...sooooo touching. And the step mum touched her face, tears drop! Those 2 evil ones regretted badly for treating Jingshu that way...

YouLi went to jail for her crime (I think for knocking down Jingshu) and her mother went crazy. I think the father has 'stamps' on eyes to not realise his new wife's evil ways!
It is definitely sad sad ending...it has the saddest ending of the korean shows I have seen. |

eh whoever seen it, tell me the main points leh... I only knew from previous posting that the step brother delibrately knock himself in car accident so that he can give Jing Shu his cornea as Jingshu is blind... what about the rest of the people? especially that wicked YouLi??

i like Zhang Dong Jian in 'Ai Shang Nu Ju Bo' too! this is my sis's fav korean drama.
for me, i like Winter Sonata, Ai Shang Nu Ju Bo, and Stairways to Heaven :)
I also agree that the step-brother is ugly. he looks like he is the result of overdone plastic surgery :P
also agree that Youli is prettier than Jingshu.
and Chengjun iiiissssssssssss CHARMING!

Winter Sonata also my favorite. Another of my fav is (i forgot the name already), but storyline is a pair of longfengtai born by surrogate mother, then the boy got reared up by the wealthy family, while the girl followed the birth mum, then forced to live in her father's house when she grew up and have to meet her twin brother and other half sisters for the first time. Not much romance, but I like the xiong mei qing in this show.
Bo li Xie....I cannot tahan the middle part. The younger sis keeps missing the chance to meet up wif her sis and grandpa! I nearly vomit blood. But the reunion is very touching. I cried everytime I repeat that episode.

haa Teni, me same pattern as u, will "sleep together" with Linus, let him toss and turn while I watch TV in the bedroom (with the volume super low). Yesterday I even bought a headphone so that I can HEAR the conversation haaa. eh somebody tell me more leh, what happen to that YouLi in the end? ya, agree the step-brother is ugly, BUT HIS NOSE VERY SHARPPPP LEH!! 
Last time I like to watch the "Ai Shang Nu Zu Po", I like the handsome rich man haaa I think his name is call "Zhang Dong Jian"
