USER agree and accept he/she will be deemed to have granted BayB Supplies.net and its successors and assigns a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free, non revocable, non-exclusive permission/licence and fully sub-licensable right to redistribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and/or publicly display, by transmission and/or otherwise, the CONTENT, for any purpose, without charge or liability by posting messages on the Forum,

USER agree and accept that he/she will exercise discretion and caution as well as to carry out independent investigations before making any decisions based on the posted information on the forum. Usernames

We reserve the right to delete any username we deemed offensive or inappropriate.

We reserve the right to delete any signatures that we deemed inappropriate.

Profile
We reserve the right to delete any undesirable links in your profile.

Posting
No spamming, which means that you don’t post the same note more than once.

Privacy
We do not encourage posting of private details eg. phone numbers. If you must post them, we do not take any responsibility for any misuse or abuse. Please do not post your email address in the forum too.

Deletion of posts
We reserve the right to remove or edit any post from our message board without informing you first.

Inactive Accounts
We reserve the right to discontinue any inactive accounts.

Banning of user
We have the right to ban any user who has abused our message board and to put the banned user's name in the banned list in our public Board.
